Marlon is one of the most aspiring young choreographers in the UK. He is the director/choreographer for the urban street dance company Flawless. They have  appeared in music videos for Madonna, Beyonce, Amerie, Victoria Beckham, Emma Bunton, Lamar, Jamelia, So Solid rappers Harvey and Asher D and in product launches for Nike and Virgin Vie. His work has won him many awards and brought street dance to the masses.

His work has recently been shown on Britains got Talent were his street dance company Flawless wowed all the judges and the millions of viewers. The judges gave the guys a standing ovation and Simon Cowell's comments were amazing, "This is the best thing I have seen"
